Feature
Good electrical insulation, thermal conductivity, chemical stability, high temperature resistance; low hardness, low oxygen content, reduced wear and tear on drills and equipment; low specific gravity, high thermal conductivity, especially suitable for lightweight thermal interface materials; good dielectric properties, suitable for thermal conductivity of copper-clad laminates and high-frequency, high-speed copper-clad laminates.
